 قام المكتب المركزي للأبحاث القضائية التابع للمديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني، في الساعات الأولى من صباح اليوم الثلاثاء ، من تفكيك خلية إرهابية موالية لما يسمى بتنظيم “الدولة الإسلامية”، تتكون من أربعة متطرفين تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين 22 و28 سنة، ينشطون بالجماعة القروية سيدي الزوين التابعة لجهة مراكش أسفي.

وحسب بلاغ للمكتب، فإن هذه العملية تندرج  في إطار العمليات الأمنية الرامية لمكافحة مخاطر التهديد الإرهابي وإجهاض المخططات التخريبية التي تحدق بأمن واستقرار المملكة وتهدف للمس الخطير بالنظام العام.

وأوضح المصدر ذاته أن عمليات البحث الميداني والتتبع التقني مكنت من تجميع معطيات دقيقة حول المشروع الإرهابي لزعيم هذه الخلية، الذي كان يراهن على تنفيذ أجندات التنظيمات الإرهابية الدولية لضرب أهداف ومشاريع داخل المملكة، حيث كان يخطط للالتحاق بفرع تنظيم “الدولة الإسلامية” بمنطقة الساحل، بعدما نسج علاقات مع قيادي في صفوف هذا التنظيم، يحمل جنسية دولة أجنبية ويقيم خارج أرض الوطن، والذي أوعز له بضرورة الالتحاق بمعسكرات القتال التابعة لتنظيم “داعش”، بغرض التدريب على صناعة المتفجرات وانتقاء الأهداف الإرهابية.

وتابع البلاغ أن إجراءات البحث المنجزة تشير إلى أن ” أمير” هذه الخلية الإرهابية استعان بمهاراته المهنية المكتسبة في مجال “التلحيم” لصناعة وإعداد أسلحة بيضاء، وتحضير عبوات متفجرة تقليدية الصنع، حيث أجرى تجارب عملية لصناعة وتشغيل هذه المواد الناسفة، قبل أن يعمد لاقتناء مواد كيماوية تدخل في صناعة هذه العبوات من محل تجاري بمدينة مراكش، وذلك في إطار التحضير لمشروعه الإرهابي داخل المملكة.

وأبرز المكتب المركزي للأبحاث القضائية أنه بعد استيفاء عمليات التجنيد والاستقطاب وإنهاء الانخراط الكلي لجميع عناصر الخلية في هذا المشروع الإرهابي، تم الانتقال لمرحلة التنفيذ المادي للمخططات التخريبية التي حددت كأهداف آنية استهداف منشآت حيوية ومقرات أمنية، فضلا عن تحديد أشخاص بغرض تصفيتهم جسديا بواسطة السلاح الأبيض، وذلك ضمن أساليب الإرهاب الفردي المستوحاة من عمليات تنظيم داعش الإرهابي.

كما أوضحت إجراءات البحث والتحري، يضيف المصدر ذاته، بأن أعضاء هذه الخلية الإرهابية راهنوا على الاستقطاب والتجنيد في صفوف الأطفال اليافعين، بغرض إشاعة وتعميم الفكر المتطرف، وذلك عبر تنظيم لقاءات دعوية لفائدة أطفال قاصرين بمنطقة سيدي الزوين، بغرض شحنهم وتلقينهم مرتكزات الفكر المتطرف على نهج ” أشبال الخلافة” المعتمد من طرف تنظيم “داعش”.

وحسب البلاغ فقد مكنت عمليات التفتيش والمسح التقني المنجزة بمنازل الأشخاص الموقوفين، وبمحل ملحق بمسكن المشتبه فيه الرئيسي، عن حجز أسلحة بيضاء من مختلف الأحجام، ومعدات معلوماتية، وآلة للتلحيم، ومواد كيماوية يشتبه في تسخيرها في تحضير وإعداد العبوات الناسفة، وهي عبارة عن خمسين كيلوغرام من نترات الأمونيوم، وثلاثة كيلوغرامات من “سلفات البوتاس”، وأربع علب تحتوي على مواد سامة، وثلاثة أكياس سعة 800 غرام تضم مساحيق كيميائية مشبوهة، فضلا عن أسلاك كهربائية وميزان.

كما أجرى ضباط المكتب المركزي للأبحاث القضائية معاينة على باب حديدي بمسكن أحد المشتبه فيهم، يحمل شعار يحاكي راية تنظيم “داعش” الإرهابي.

وأشار المصدر إلى أنه تم الاحتفاظ بالأشخاص الموقوفين تحت تدبير الحراسة النظرية رهن إشارة البحث القضائي الذي يجريه المكتب المركزي للأبحاث القضائية تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، وذلك للكشف عن الارتباطات الإقليمية والدولية لأعضاء هذه الخلية الإرهابية، وتحديد كافة المشاريع الإرهابية التي خططوا لها، فضلا عن رصد كل المساهمين والمشاركين المحتملين في هذا المشروع الإرهابي.

وتؤكد هذه العملية الأمنية، يضيف المكتب المركزي للأبحاث القضائية، استمرار تنامي التهديدات الإرهابية التي تتربص بأمن المملكة وبسلامة المواطنات والمواطنين، وإصرار المتشبعين بالفكر المتطرف على تنفيذ مشاريع إرهابية تحت لواء تنظيم داعش الإرهابي.
