أفاد المكتب المركزي للأبحاث القضائية التابع للمديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني بأن الخبرات التقنية والعلمية المنجزة على مجموع المعدات والمواد والمستحضرات المحجوزة، على خلفية إجهاض مخطط إرهابي وشيك وتفكيك خلية متطرفة موالية لتنظيم “داعش” تنشط بمدينة طنجة، أوضحت أنها تدخل في إعداد وتحضير أجسام متفجرة بعد تركيبها وخلطها ببعضها البعض.
وأوضح بلاغ للمكتب المركزي أنه ” في سياق البحث الذي يباشره المكتب المركزي للأبحاث القضائية التابع للمديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني على خلفية إجهاض مخطط إرهابي وشيك وتفكيك خلية متطرفة موالية لتنظيم “داعش” تنشط بمدينة طنجة، بتاريخ 6 أكتوبر الجاري، أجرى المختبر الوطني للشرطة العلمية والتقنية بمعهد العلوم والأدلة الجنائية للأمن الوطني خبرة تقنية وعلمية بهدف تحليل وفحص طبيعة واستعمالات المواد والعينات الكيميائية التي تم حجزها في إطار هذه القضية “.
وحسب المكتب المركزي للأبحاث القضائية فقد أوضحت الخبرات التقنية والعلمية المنجزة على مجموع المعدات والمواد والمستحضرات المحجوزة، أنها تدخل في إعداد وتحضير أجسام متفجرة بعد تركيبها وخلطها ببعضها البعض، من قبيل علبتين من مادة الكبريت التي تعتبر مخفضا سريع الاشتعال، وأربع قنينات من حمض الكلوريدريك عالي الحمضية المستعمل كمحفز كيميائي خلال تركيب بعض المواد المتفجرة، فضلا عن حاوية سعة ثلاث لترات من ماء جافيل المركز الذي يحتوي على مادة إيبوكلوريت الصوديوم « Sodium Hypochlorite ».
وأبرز المصدر ذاته أن الخبرات التقنية المنجزة قد عكفت على دراسة استعمالات مجموعة من المواد المعدنية والكهربائية التي جرى ضبطها لدى أفراد هذه الخلية الإرهابية، من بينها كيلوغرامان من مسامير يتجاوز طولها 03 سنتمترات، يمكن أن تستعمل كمقذوفات بعد وضعها داخل الأجسام المتفجرة، فضلا عن مجموعة من الدارات الكهربائية المكونة من أسلاك نحاسية ومصابيح موصولة بقواطع كهربائية وبطاريات صغيرة الحجم، تستعمل كجزء من جهاز مخصص لإطلاق عملية التفجير، بالإضافة إلى مصباح زجاجي عالي الجهد يستعمل كشرارة للتفجير بعد تكسير زجاجته الواقية وتعرضها لضغط مرتفع.
وخلص إلى أنه قد جرى تضمين نتائج هذه الخبرات العملية والتقنية ضمن تقرير خبرة مفصل تم وضعه رهن إشارة المكتب المركزي للأبحاث القضائية التابع للمديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني، من أجل تضمينه في إجراءات البحث القضائي المنجز تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة والمكلفة بقضايا الإرهاب.
