بتعليمات سامية من صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس، نصره الله، يترأس وزير الشؤون الخارجية والتعاون الإفريقي والمغاربة المقيمين بالخارج، السيد ناصر بوريطة، الوفد المغربي إلى الدورة الحادية والثلاثين للقمة العربية التي افتتحت أشغالها اليوم الثلاثاء بالجزائر.
ويضم الوفد المغربي في القمة أيضا سفير المغرب في مصر ومندوبه الدائم لدى جامعة الدول العربية أحمد التازي، ومدير المشرق والخليج والمنظمات العربية والإسلامية بالوزارة فؤاد أخريف، ورئيس قسم المنظمات العربية والإسلامية عبد العالي الجاحظ.
ويتضمن جدول أعمال القمة عددا من البنود و مشاريع القرارات الخاصة والتي أقرها اجتماع وزراء الخارجية التحضيري وتتعلق بالخصوص بتطورات القضية الفلسطينية والصراع العربي الاسرائيلي، والتضامن مع لبنان ودعمه ، وتطورات الأزمة السورية ، والوضع في ليبيا واليمن ، ودعم السلام والتنمية في السودان ، ودعم جمهوريتي الصومال والقمر المتحدة .
كما يبحث القادة العرب احتلال ايران للجزر الاماراتية الثلاث ، والتدخلات الايرانية في الشؤون الداخلية للدول العربية ، وصيانة الأمن القومي العربي ومكافحة الارهاب وتطوير المنظومة العربية لمكافحة الإرهاب .
ومن المنتظر أيضا أن تبحث القمة عددا من القضايا التي تهم العمل العربي المشترك ومسألة أمن الطاقة والغذاء في المنطقة العربية.

Copper scrap import regulations Copper has long been a popular choice of material in electrical wiring. It is highly conductive, corrosion-resistant, and flexible. However, when it comes to high voltage transmission lines, copper is not the most practical choice due to several factors. Firstly, copper is expensive. The cost of copper has been steadily increasing over recent years, and as such, it is not the most cost-effective option for long distance transmission lines. Given the thousands of miles of transmission lines required for a national power grid, even a small difference in material costs can add up to a significant amount. Secondly, copper has a high electrical resistance and loses energy due to Joule heating. This means that as electrical current flows through the copper wire, some of the energy is lost as heat. In the case of high voltage transmission lines, which are designed to carry large amounts of electrical current over long distances, this can result in significant energy losses. To minimize losses, power companies use aluminum and steel transmission lines instead of copper, as they have lower resistance and, therefore, lose less energy. Thirdly, copper has a limited capability to handle high voltage. This makes it unsuitable for use in high voltage transmission lines, which typically operate at voltages of several hundred kilovolts. The higher the voltage, the greater the risk of an electrical discharge occurring. This can lead to power losses, equipment damage, and even injuries to personnel. Lastly, copper is not as strong as steel, making it less suitable for overhead transmission lines that are subjected to significant wind and weather stress. The flexible nature of copper wire is a great advantage for electrical wiring, but for overhead lines, strength and durability are more important factors. In summary, while copper is an excellent choice of material for electrical wiring, it is not the most practical option for high voltage transmission lines. Copper mining boomed in the United States during the Industrial Revolution, with mines opening up in Michigan and Montana. Today, copper mining is a global industry, with major producers located in Chile, Peru, and the United States. Copper is used in a wide range of applications, including electrical wiring, plumbing, and electronics. Despite its importance, copper mining can have significant environmental impacts, including soil and water contamination, deforestation, and habitat destruction. However, modern mining practices aim to minimize these impacts through careful management and monitoring. In recent years, copper mining has faced challenges from declining ore grades and increasing costs of extraction.
