قررت وزارة الفلاحة والصيد البحري والتنمية القروية والمياه بتنسيق مع وزارة الداخلية منع ذبح الأبقار الحلوب، وذلك بسبب النقص المسجل في مادة الحليب.

و تقلص إنتاج الحليب في المغرب إلى النصف بعدما كان يغطي حوالي 96 في المائة من الحاجيات، وذلك بسبب الجفاف من جهة، و ارتفاع أسعار الأعلاف، وفرض شركات الحليب لنظام “الكوطا” على المنتجين من تعاونيات وأشخاص ذاتيين، و نقص الثمن بالمقارنة مع تكلفة الإنتاج، واستيراد الحليب المجفف من الخارج.

واتفقت الوزارتين على دعم الأعلاف وكذا صرف شطر من الدعم سيذهب إلى الحليب الموجه للمواطن.

وأوضح وزير الفلاحة محمد صديقي، في اجتماع لجنة القطاعات الانتاجية بمجلس النواب، الثلاثاء، أن الوزارة ستتخذ عدة إجراءات بعد الاجتماع مع المهنيين، كدعم إنتاج العجلات الحلوب، وتنظيم وتعزيز عملية التلقيح الاصطناعي، الذي اعتبره من العوامل الأساسية في نقص الحليب، لأنه لم يتم منذ سنتين.

وسجلت أسعار الحليب مشتقاته زيادات متوالية في الفترة الأخيرة، ونقصا في العرض.
