أعلنت وزارة القصور الملكية والتشريفات والأوسمة في بلاغ لها أن صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس نصره الله وأيده، القائد الأعلى ورئيس الأركان العامة للقوات المسلحة الملكية، قد تفضل بتعيين الفريق محمد بريظ مفتشا عاما للقوات المسلحة الملكية وقائدا للمنطقة الجنوبية، خلفا للفريق أول بلخير الفاروق.

وفي ما يلي نص البلاغ: “تعلن وزارة القصور الملكية والتشريفات والأوسمة أن صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس نصره الله وأيده، القائد الأعلى ورئيس الأركان العامة للقوات المسلحة الملكية، قد تفضل بتعيين الفريق محمد بريظ مفتشا عاما للقوات المسلحة الملكية وقائدا للمنطقة الجنوبية، خلفا للفريق أول بلخير الفارووبهذه المناسبة وشح جلالته أعزه الله، صدر الفريق أول بلخير الفاروق بالحمالة
