أفادت السلطات المحلية بإقليم مديونة أن شخصين لقيا مصرعهما فيما أصيب خمسة آخرون بجروح بليغة، في الساعات الأولى من صباح اليوم الخميس، إثر انهيار جزئي لبناية شركة متخصصة في النسيج كائنة بالمنطقة الصناعية رقم 152 بجماعة تيط مليل.
وفور إشعارها بالحادث، انتقلت إلى عين المكان السلطات المحلية والأمنية ومصالح الوقاية المدنية من أجل اتخاذ التدابير الضرورية ومباشرة عمليات التدخل، حيث تم نقل المصابين إلى مستشفى مديونة لتلقي الإسعافات والعلاجات اللازمة، فيما تتواصل عمليات الإنقاذ للوصول لثلاثة أشخاص آخرين مازالوا عالقين تحت الأنقاض.
وأشارت السلطات المحلية إلى أنه تم فتح بحث من طرف السلطات المعنية، تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، للوقوف على الأسباب الكامنة وراء هذا الحادث.
