تفكيك عصابة إجرامية متورطة في السرقة والسطو المسلح بالناظور

نجحت عناصر الشرطة القضائية بالناظور بتنسيق وثيق مع مصالح المديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني، اليوم الخميس، في تفكيك شبكة إجرامية، للاشتباه في تورطها في ارتكاب عمليات السرقة والسطو والاعتداء المسلح والاعتداء باستخدام أسلحة بيضاء.
وتتكون الشبكة الإجرامية التي كانت تنشط ببني أنصار، من أربعة أشخاص، يتراوح سنهم ما بين 33 و47 سنة.
وأفاد بلاغ للمديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني، أن عمليات التفتيش التي تم إنجازها بمنازل الأشخاص الموقوفين، أسفرت عن حجز مجموعة من الأسلحة البيضاء والأصفاد، وحبل على شكل سلم يستعمل للتسلق.
وأضاف البلاغ ذاته، أنه تم الحجز أيضا، على معدات حديدية للكسر وعدد من الهواتف المحمولة، التي سيتم إخضاعها للخبرات الرقمية اللازمة، بالإضافة إلى سيارة خفيفة ودراجة يشتبه في تسخيرها في ارتكاب أعمال السرقات.
وحسب نفس المصدر، فإن الشبكة الإجرامية المذكورة، يتزعمها شخص متشدد، ويعد من أصحاب السوابق القضائية.
وأشار المصدر، إلى أن عناصر هذه الشبكة، متطورين في تنفيذ سلسلة عمليات السطو على محلات تجارية وكذا منازل في ملكية الغير، خاصة لمغاربة مقيمين بالخارج، وذلك تنفيذا لما يعرف بمبدأ الاستحلال والفيء.
وتابع البلاغ، أن إجراءات البحث، أبرزت أن الأشخاص المشتبه فيهم كانون يقومون بتصريف العائدات التي تحصلوا عليها من عمليات السرقة والسطو بتواطؤ مع مسير لأحد المحلات، والذي تم اعتقاله خلال هذه العملية الأمنية.
ووفقا للمصدر، فإنه تم إخضاع المعنيين لتدبير الحراسة النظرية رهن إشارة البحث القضائي الذي يجريه المكتب المركزي للأبحاث القضائية، بإشراف من النيابة العامة المختصة، بغاية تحديد كافة الارتباطات التي يحتمل أن تكون لهذه القضية، وكذا لتوقيف كل شخص ثبت تورطه في المساهمة أو المشاركة في ارتكاب هذه العمليات الإجرامية.
