يرتقب ارتفاع أسعار المحروقات في الأيام المقبلة؛ وذلك عقب قفز برميل النفط الخام إلى فوق 90 دولار، فضلا عن ارتفاع هوامش تكرير البترول إلى جانب الأرباح الفاحشة للموزعين.
وتوقع الحسين اليماني الكاتب العام للنقابة الوطنية للبترول والغاز العضو في الكونفدرالية الديمقراطية للشغل، ورئيس الجبهة الوطنية لإنقاذ المصفاة المغربية للبترول، بلوغ لتر الغازوال الواحد 15 درهما في الأيام المقبلة، وقد يتخطى لتر البنزين 17 درهما، مشيرا إلى استغلال تجار الأزمة ذلك، لإشعال أسعار السلع والخدمات في كل الاتجاهات.
وحمل اليماني مسؤولية ارتفاع أسعار المحروقات إلى حكومة عبد الإله بنكيران وعزيز أخنوش، بالإضافة إلى حذف الدعم وتعطيل الإنتاج بشركة “سامير”، واعتبرهم مسؤولين عن الخسائر الفادحة المترتبة عن ذلك.
وطالب رئيس الحكومة الحالية “بحماية السلم والاستقرار الاجتماعي، والحد من تداعيات أسعار الغازوال والبنزين على المعيش اليومي للمغاربة، وتبرئة ذمته من تهمة تنازع وتضارب المصالح في ملف المحروقات”.
ودعا اليماني، رئيس الحكومة إلى اتخاذ القرارات التالية، “منها إلغاء تحرير الأسعار والرجوع لتنظيم أسعار المحروقات، إلى حين توفر شروط التنافس في السوق المغربية”، و”العودة لدعم أسعار المحروقات من خلال اعتماد الضريبة المتحركة للمحروقات وتأسيس صندوق التضامن وضبط أسعار المحروقات”، فضلا عن “الاستئناف العاجل لتكرير البترول بالمصفاة المغربية للبترول عبر كل الصيغ الممكنة”.
